Fuel tank level
Does the fuel balance?
Compare the tank sensor with delivery records and the integrated net engine-use counter.
Condition, output and service.
A remote command needs feedback. In a configured installation, confirm controller status and measured output after an authorized request.

Know what needs attention.
Follow the event to its outcome.
Acknowledgement records that an alert was seen. It does not replenish fuel, replace exposed rope, complete maintenance or reset a generator fault.
No illustrated site activity
This is an illustrated event view, not live or recorded video. The referenced AKCP solution describes ONVIF camera and sensor-event correlation; confirm the platform, version and licenses for your deployment.

Illustrative limits and behavior
Fuel level: warning below 20%, critical below 10%. Fuel-balance review: absolute difference ≥80 L. Starter voltage: below 12 V / below 11.5 V. Coolant: ≥100°C / ≥105°C. Oil pressure while running: below 2 bar / below 1.2 bar. The service reminder uses a 500-hour milestone. All are demonstration choices, not universal settings.
Ten-minute samples illustrate a two-hour record. Actual start, transfer, engine protection, alarm delays, cranking transients and sensor response are not simulated. The fuel-leak example alone includes an illustrative 60-minute exposure-to-alarm delay. The rope alarm persists because exposed sensing rope needs replacement.
Understand the fuel comparison
Tank volume depends on fluid properties, geometry and calibration. This example uses a rectangular 2,000 L tank with 2 m liquid depth at full capacity. Its displayed percent is a volume percentage. Actual tank profiles may be nonlinear.
Expected inventory uses the opening reading, recorded deliveries and a compatible net fuel-use counter. Account for fuel return flow: a supply-flow reading alone is not net consumption. Missing counter data makes the balance unavailable. Differences can reflect records, calibration or operating conditions as well as physical loss; they are not proof of theft.
Readings, contact states and engine counters require correctly configured sensors and supported controller data. The site drawing is conceptual. No real equipment, camera stream or remote command is connected.
Know your remote site before you travel.
Plan AKCP monitoring for your generators, fuel tanks and remote infrastructure.
Remote Generator Monitoring
Improve your generator performance, and cut operational costs with a generator monitoring system. Online generator monitoring will ensure that standby and backup generators are always at the ready. Prevent faults that can be costly to repair or result in higher fuel consumption.
Optimize your generator, check runtime and be reminded of maintenance schedules. Extend the life of your engine.
AKCP has sensors for monitoring power, battery voltage and current, runtime hours and fuel level. In addition, we can interface to control panels with Modbus RS485 or SNMP for more detailed data.
Wired and Wireless Remote Generator Monitoring System

The sensorProbeX+ can be used for a wired solution for generator monitoring. Connect the Modbus RS485 to the genset control panel such as ComAp or Deepsea panel. Collect engine data such as RPM, oil pressures, fuel flow etc. A wireless solution is available with the Wireless Modbus Adapter. If the generator control panel does not have Modbus RS485 then wired or wireless sensors for battery, fuel and power are installed.
Fuel Tank Monitoring
Monitor fuel tanks for your generator, or other fuel and liquid storage tanks. Check fuel usage, graph over time. Compare fuel use with generator runtime and fuel deliveries. Reports sent on a weekly or monthly basis. Alerts when there is a sudden decrease in fuel level indicating potential leaks or fuel theft.
Tank Depth Pressure sensors monitor fuel level. Wireless and Wired sensors for tanks up to 20 meter maximum height.

Real-time generator monitoring and attached sensors. An engine gauge dashboard presents the parameters in a graphical, easy to read format. For installations at multiple sites, Quicklime Server manages all your devices from a single user interface. Centralized monitoring of your infrastructure. Mapping of each site and their locations with zoom in to specific sites. Integration with ONVIF IP cameras gives “eyes on” at each site, with video synchronized with sensor events. AKCP’s access control solution can be deployed to manage access at each site and is also administered through this central management software.
