Vaccine Transport and Storage Monitoring
End to End Monitoring from Factory to Immunization
- NIST calibrated, certified temperature sensors
- Live monitoring of vaccines in transit
- Minimize lost vaccines through temperature excursions
One journey.
Every handover matters.
Follow a vaccine from the manufacturer to the person receiving it. Explore how temperature records travel with the shipment, across every storage point and delivery.
A monitored start.
Associate the logger with the shipment and capture its starting conditions before dispatch.
Temperature monitoring, local logging and gateway synchronization.

The history travels with the vaccine.
30-minute sample interval. Time outside band uses each reading until the next sample; it is an estimate, not a product viability assessment.

to the person it is for.
Select a record level to follow the same example item. Identifiers link its handling history through the cold chain.
Vial records are linked to the relevant shipment or storage readings. This does not imply a sensor on every vial.

One selected shipment path, with its temperature logger and handover history.
Explore the remaining stages to see the complete monitoring record before administration.
Choose probes, placement and calibration appropriate to the application. Suitable AKCP sensors offer calibration integrity checks and model-dependent failover.
Wireless Tunnel gateways collect sensor records. Live transport visibility needs a configured data connection; optional GPS adds location context.
AKCPro Pharma-Mon links monitoring history to shipments, cartons and vials so teams can investigate exceptions at handover.
Build visibility into every handover.
Plan an AKCP monitoring solution for your vaccine or pharmaceutical cold chain.
Regulatory requirements and good practice determine that monitoring of your drug storage environment is critical. Many vaccines and drugs require storage between 2°C and 8° (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Some mRNA based vaccines require ultra low temperatures of down to -90°C.
The AKCP pharmaceutical and vaccine delivery monitoring solution can track shipments from factory to delivery, and the end user. Granular visibility of your pharmaceutical cold chain down to individual vial.
Wireless temperature sensors with calibration check and failover act as dataloggers and synch data to Quicklime Pharma-Mon Server.
NIST Wireless Temperature Sensor Monitoring for Vaccine Storage

Place the NIST calibrated, certified temperature sensor with internal calibration check and failover on your shipment, inside your warehouse or medical refrigerator. Monitor temperature and log data internally. Anytime the sensor is within range of an AKCP sensorProbe+ Wireless Tunnel Server (SP-WTS) data is synchronised and uploaded to AKCPro Pharma-Mon Server.
Install SP-WTS at strategic points through your vaccine cold chain. Connect via WiFi, Ethernet or cellular data. For live monitoring during transport, such as inside refrigerated trucks, GPS option is available.
Through this visibility of the whole supply chain you can minimize temperature excursions and ineffective vaccines.
