AKCP has upgraded their production facility with a new laser cutting and marking machine. This compact, yet powerful laser can cut acrylic sheets and etch metal. It is utilized on the SPX+, E-IS8N and other products that come in extruded aluminum channels. It provides the laser marking for the rear channel that includes the devices MAC ID, serial number and product code.
This machine is twice the capacity of our previous laser. This allows us to keep up with the increasing demand for the SPX+ product line, and still maintain quality of output.
The machine weighs in at over 400kg, and required us to resort to old fashioned leverage and manpower to move the machine into our facility!
