Hello,

I have 5 SP-WTS and related SP-WTs that I need to connect to the cloud. in the “server integration” window the status is “connected”.
I want to know how to add these devices to the cloud, I have enabled SNMP on the SPs, but every attempt to add “AKCP Device” by entering the username and password fails.
is there a quick setup guide, and also a brief description of how the devices communicate with the cloud? It’s clear that they use a VPN, but are the credentials those of SNMPv3 or others?
any info and help is welcome
