sensorProbeX+ Internal UPS
The AKCP sensorProbeX+ (SPX+) is now available with an internal battery backup.
The internal mini UPS uses 4x AA rechargeable batteries to provide up to 1.5 hours worth of backup power without 3G modem, or 30 minutes with. The batteries are recharged when the SPX+ is on mainline power. This means that your SPX+ device will always be ready to send alerts when you need it. Combined with the internal 3G cellular data modem, you can receive an SMS alerts even if your network is down, informing you of the power status. This not only means you can receive alerts when power is down but also means you can continue logging valuable data and receive critical alerts.
